The bright and airy living room features cozy seating and a smart tv, perfect for relaxed movie nights. Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to enjoy convenient cooking at home. On nice evenings, make the most of your beautiful surroundings with a meal alfresco on the patio. The inside dining table provides additional space to gather, eat, and spend quality time together, while barstool seating along the counter is perfect for morning coffee and quick snacks.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- This is a walk-down unit requiring the use of stairs.

This ideal location is about 20 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The location worked well for the activities we planned attending. The condo could have been cleaned better. Random fruit snacks were on the floor near the main slider and hair on the sides of tub and in the bathroom floor.

The facility was just as described! It was clean, well stocked with the necessities, and communication was very good with the host. I didn’t particularly like the city itself, but the stay in this condo was perfect!

If you like golf

The condo was very nice. If you like golf, this is a good place to stay. It has everything you could need or want. The condo I had chosen was canceled two days before our trip and this place was a last minute replacement. You have to walk up about 14 steps to get to the condo and that was a little much for us. Parking was not ideal.

Decent start

Overall, it was a decent stay. One of the beds, had hair under the flat sheet and crumbs. A few towels had some stains, I personally would not keep those. It would be nice if the property provided regular sugar, not everyone uses substitute sugar. The second bathroom did not have a shower liner so water got all over the bathroom floor. Providing Kleenex would be nice, instead of using up the toilet paper. The worse part of the stay was the upstairs unit stays up until 2-3 am nightly and is constantly stomping and dragging furniture around. It was hard to sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable. One of the nights was really cold in the master bedroom. The location was very convenient and the kitchen utensils were adequate. The property is nicely decorated but is very dated. Nice touch having board games available.

Branson Weekend

The condo is in nicely located in Branson. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Just remember the condo is on the ground floor and not very well sound proofed, so you get lots of noise from the upstairs unit

Lovely comfortable space

Owners set up a comfortable space with a lovely view of the pond minutes from everything. Upstairs neighbor noise from a no doubt adorable kid running around was my only critique.

This condo was clean and cozy. Not a lot of seating in the living room area but we weren’t around a lot to just be sitting together in the condo. There was plenty of parking and it was in a pretty, safe area.

The property was very very clean! Air conditioner was a perfect temp. Beds were great! Had everything we needed to cook. Perfect location! The only thing was the hot water didn't last long. After 2 back to back showers the water turned cold.

Our first vRBO

The unit and property were very clean. The housing was up to date as expected. Surroundings were quiet. The unit was stocked with games which we enjoyed and had all the basic essentials we needed. We appreciated the wifi . We even got to see some deer as they romed the back yard one night. The o ly minor downfall was with four women we would get low on hot water after 2 showers. So we staggered our showers accordingly. Overall. We were extremely pleased. It was close to so many activities! I would highly recommend this property.

Great location and peaceful vibe, just some kinks to work out

Overall our stay was really nice. There’s just a couple kinks that need to be worked out. First, this is a great location and peaceful vibe (unless noisy people above). Fun family games, nice sunroom porch, and has a relaxing feel with the decor. On the downside, My first email was never answered. Had to contact again the day of the trip, but that reply was quick. Second, we were never sent check in instructions until we called and emailed (I double checked texts, junk email and deleted folder). The last issue was the hot water for the jetted tub. Hot water runs out before even covering the jets so no enjoyable bath unless you like to sit in a puddle and splash yourself. Lol. Strangely enough- hot water works great for just a shower and did not run out. I think they will work out the communication glitches with time since this is a newly renovated listing. But the hot water for the jet tub needs some work. Overall totally worth it.
