- Smoking is allowed outside only, with the backyard as the designated area.
-Vaping is permitted indoors.
- Do Not Smoke on the closed patio, Please smoke outside in the backyard.

🍽️ Kitchen Rules
- Use only wooden spoons or non-scratching materials to avoid damaging pans. (Do not use metal utensils.)
- Please do not put solid food down the kitchen drain.

❌ General Rules
- Do not open the windows.
- No candles or other open flames inside the property.
- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
- Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
Visitors are welcome as long as they do not stay overnight.

🚫 No unauthorized parties allowed – $900 fine will apply after checkout.
📺 Keep Roku boxes and Amazon Fire Sticks in their original spots, thank you!

- Commercial photography/filming are welcome for an additional charge.
