Nestled in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and St. Edward’s State Park, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and modern living. The house is family-friendly with baby proofing including baby gates, toys, books, and a pack-n-play. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range—ideal for culinary enthusiasts.
The space
This 1600-square-foot home is a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Surrounded by mature landscaping, it offers a peaceful setting in a welcoming neighborhood. Inside, you'll find comfortable furnishings, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of space to spread out.
The main floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a secondary bedroom across the hall with a queen-sized bed. On the lower level, one bedroom is fitted with a twin bunk bed—perfect for kids or additional guests—while the other has a queen-sized bed. The primary bath boasts a tub with a tiled surround, while the lower-level bath includes a stand-up shower. The lower level also features a second family room, a workout area, and a dedicated workspace.
Step outside to a private backyard equipped with an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and a covered patio for outdoor dining year round. With 24/7 keyless entry and driveway parking for two vehicles, your stay will be as convenient as it is comfortable.
Please note that this is my personal residence 50% of the time, which means you'll enjoy a space that’s far more stocked and thoughtfully curated than the average Airbnb. From a well-appointed kitchen to cozy furniture and warm touches throughout, I’ve put a lot of love into making this house a home. I kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect as your own, and please be mindful of the neighbors who live in their homes full-time.
