Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.

TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of accidental coverage for contents and property damage. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.
