The Space:
Escape to a piece of history and experience a unique stay in our charming home. Located on the third floor of a historic building, our unit features four bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one with two queen beds, and one with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed hidden underneath. The open-concept dining and living room provides ample space for dining, lounging, or entertaining. A hallway leads to our fully furnished kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm.
Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our top-floor unit, complete with a private sun deck perfect for soaking up some rays or sipping on a cup of coffee in the morning. Please note that as our home is a historic gem, access to this unit is via stairs.
Built in 1915 as a summer escape, our home is a charming and cozy retreat that showcases its age with loving wear, quaint aging, and charming patina. We have a historic radiated heating system that adds to the charm of our space during the winter months. The system warms up the objects in the room, creating an even heat distribution. Getting Around:
There is free street parking on some of the streets within a block of the unit, though street parking is permit only on the block for residents. The Red Line Granville stop is two blocks away, and Broadway and Sheridan buses are 1 and 5 blocks away respectively. This is a very walkable neighborhood, and Ubers are readily available.
