There's also a poolside dining space, and a BBQ grill - perfect for family dinners after a day at the theme parks. The back patio faces a garden view so there is a large buffer from the neighbours.

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. You'll find stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered.

Our open-concept living area is designed with plenty of room to spread out and relax; but for those wanting a little more excitement, we've converted the garage into a games room! Challenge your crew to a game of billiards to keep the fun going!

And if that's not enough, just wait until you see the second floor. We've got a full-blown movie theater with plush reclining chairs, and a massive projection screen. Movie night, anyone?

When it's time for bed, stretch out and relax in any of the 3 King sized bedrooms, each comes with an attached bathroom! There's also 3 other Queen sized bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms that each have two twin sized beds. So you can fit your whole family and more into this awesome vacation home!

The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river! The Neighborhood:
Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community in the centre of Davenport, Florida. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure.
