Welcome to Limestone Edge, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Guests will absolutely love 5-bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms spread over two separate properties nestled in the heart of downtown Baileys Harbor. Perfectly located across from Door County Brewery and Chives Restaurant and right next door to Lake Fire Winery. With unbeatable sunrise views over Lake Michigan and a cozy fire pit, it’s the ultimate setting for memorable vacation in Door County!
The main house features a well-equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms, and a large dining table that seats up to 12 with extra leaves and a bench for added seating. It also boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including two ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. Additionally, a separate studio apartment offers a Murphy bed and full bathroom for flexible accommodations.
Whether you're relaxing on the various outdoor seating areas or enjoying time indoors, Limestone Edge is your perfect lakeside retreat.

A traditional drip coffee maker is provided as well as Coffee Grinder
Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, grill utensils and wine glasses are also at the property
Apartment includes a mini-fridge and traditional drip coffee maker.

Water is not accessible by shore, must use dock to access
Provided:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
• We supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
Important Property Notes:
This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
This property is situated in a beautiful, rural setting, as a result, you may encounter insects and wildlife outside our homes. While we have pest control measures in place and strive to maintain a comfortable stay, we cannot fully eliminate the presence of these elements due to the natural surroundings.
This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
