1. Cozy Living Space: Step inside to find a tastefully decorated living area with a plush loveseat, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and ample natural light pouring in through large windows.

2. Well-Equipped Kitchenette: Whip up delicious meals in the compact kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware.

3. Comfortable Sleeping Area: The studio boasts a comfy twin size bed with fresh linens, and a new mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. Please note: Two people can stay in this studio apartment, and for your convenience, we provide a self-inflating, comfortable air mattress, as an option for a second bed!

4. Private Bathroom: The bathroom comes with a shower, fresh towels, and all essential toiletries.

5. Work/Study Corner: If you need to catch up on work or studies, a designated work space, with a desk, chair and high-speed internet, is at your disposal.

6. Free Parking: You'll have free parking on the premises, right out front, in the circular driveway, making it safe and easy for you to come and go.

7. Laundry Facilities: Guests will have access to a laundry room for their convenience. Please note: There is no washer and dryer in the studio apartment. You can just text the owner of the house, and they will gladly arrange a time to let you into the house, where you can use the washer and dryer. It is still free and convenient. No need to leave the house.

Our Airbnb is ideally located, with easy access to the University of Illinois campus, downtown Urbana, and Champaign, and Carle Foundation Hospital. Explore local restaurants, shops, bars, and cultural attractions, all within a short drive or walk.

You’re also very near Crystal Lake Recreation area, and the Anita Purvis Nature Center. Both great outdoor spaces to enjoy nature, take a walk, or even do some work.
