Well Maintained, 1357 Square Foot Resort Condo Unit at the Villas at Island Club, Kissimmee, FL. In the Central Florida-Orlando Area, with all the fun and excitement Central Florida has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Disney World's four theme and water parks or jumping Downtown Disney's restaurants, shopping, live entertainment and night life. 15 minutes from Universal Orlando with its two theme parks and action at Universal CityWalk offering live entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. Or 10 minutes from Sea World and it's new water attraction - Aquatica!

The resort area is one you will enjoy returning to after a long day of theme parks, sightseeing, and shopping. There are two swimming pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and playground area for the youngest visitors.
A quiet fully gated community where guests feel at home the minute they walk through the door. The home has a fully outfitted kitchen, central air and ceiling fans in all living areas including the three bedrooms. All bedrooms have televisions for your enjoyment. Tiled flooring throughout. Lovely condo

Very nice place,fully stocked,,our bed was very comfortable, daughters said twin beds were very hard. Also bedroom TVs were very temperamental,only worked sometimes. Living room was fantastic.loved pool, very nice people, never crowded,warm water.very safe area, close to all shopping and numerous restaurants Janice was lovely responded quickly to problems.plenty of cleaning supplies provided . Quiet friendly neighborhood.

Lots of space very close to Disney

Great for our family of 5 so much space close to the disney area, very clean, only things negative i have to say fans and lights need work we couldn't turn the lights and fans on as the chain is broken on some and i couldn't reach others.

Amazing stay!!

We stayed for a little over a month; this was the first vrbo/ bnb type place I’ve stayed at that pretty much had EVERYTHING you could need! Appliances are in excellent condition, the home is clean and neat, easy to access, and the host is always very quick to respond to any questions or comments you may have! Hope to stay here again!!

Nice gated community

The condo was exactly as the description and pictures showed. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and the condo was spacious and very comfortable. Nice location.

Great price and location

Very clean large condo. Felt safe. Everything from groceries, restaurants, and amusements parks within 5 to20 minute radius. Uber friendly but also rented a car to get around. Pool and hottub clean. Recommend.

Daughter's Birthday Trip

When arriving at the property I was very impressed with the outside appearance, When I arrived in the home it was so beautiful. The home is so pleasant and quiet and everything you need is in the home. You wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

orlando vacation 2024

The apartment is nice and clean, respectfully, too many post about rules and extra fee. the keys for pools didnt fit lock, and when another residence lets us into the area, the pools were not maintain and were green and dirty. so we only spent at the apartment to sleep. we didnt feel comfortable to use any of appliances. I thank the family for the use of their apt.

Disney 2022 Trip

It’s a nice, large townhouse. The mattress’s were comfortable. The bathrooms have been updated and were great! The furnishings were nice, it needs an improvement on the coffee pot, it’s time for a new one. It did smell musky, like it had been closed up for a bit. Overall it was a good visit. We enjoyed it.

Nice place. All the comforts of home. Condo needed paper products and cleaning supplies when we got there. Emailed the owner and they items appeared later in the day. They didn't respond to the email but they did bring the needed items. So it was all good. Felt like home after a long day at Disney. Would recommend highly.

My daughter booked this rental for us to just sleep in because it was close to her resort and could spend time with her and our family. The communication was really good. Responses were quick and helpful. The unit itself though was very outdated and had a musty smell. The signs everywhere with all the rules were a bit much. The air conditioning never came on and we were not allowed to touch it (we were made to fear touching it) because the sign said the air would freeze up if it was touched and we would have to pay to have it fixed. We like it warm but it was hot and muggy and smelled musty. We couldn’t leave the door open to let fresh air through the place as there was a sign saying not to. We would love to sit outside but it was a mess out there. There was a half a roll of toilet paper left for us. With the amount we paid for this unit, you would think they could at least provide toilet paper (which a sign told us if any issue with the toilet, that didn’t flush well it was a $100 charge for a plumber) They wanted us to wash towels before we left which would mean we would have to go and buy laundry detergent. Something we didn’t need. Anyways. Could go on and on but ended up leaving early and my daughter slept on the couch at her unit in her resort so that we could stay with her and be more comfortable. We will be returning to Kissimmee every year to spend time with our family and were hoping to find a place we could return to every year but this place is definitely not it.

Needs updates

Property was in a centralized location with short drives to attractions/theme parks. Overall, good amount of space for our family of 5. Needs a good deep clean and some updates. Linens are worn, stained and mismatched. I feel confident that mattress pads and bed comforters haven’t been washed in quite some time; when my daughter accidentally removed the mattress pad on her bed, we discovered a large dead cockroach. Beds were very uncomfortable and bed pillows need to be replaced. Had an issue with AC on first night, property manager did resolve the next day, however thermostat is not adjustable to a comfortable temperature. Ceiling fan in master bedroom missing chain to increase speed so there was no was to make the room cooler; ended up having to sleep on couch in living room to be cool enough to sleep. We didn’t use the kitchen much so I can’t speak to availability of utensils/equipment for meal preparation; only used cutting board which needs to be replaced. Bathroom on hallway has hot and cold water installed incorrectly so my children took cold showers the first 2 nights until we figured out the issue. We enjoyed our trip because of our plans during the day; property was used only for a place to sleep and shower.
