If you’re avid golfers, you’re likely already aware of the variety of surrounding championship golf courses to choose from, beginning with the namesake Point Royale Golf Club just steps from your front door.

Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. Experience the magic of live theater at renowned venues like the Branson Landing or the iconic Sight & Sound Theatres. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 9 steps required to access.
