Top Rated + Free Parking 1-br Condo OTR
This Condo is hosted in the Stafford Building in Cincinnati's, OTR, an old Cincinnati building brought back to life in 2019. You will be centrally located to all downtown Cincinnati has to offer! You are within walking distance of Findlay Market, Paycor Stadium, TQL Stadium, and Great American Ball Park. Just a quick car ride up to the University of Cincinnati's campus!
The unit features a full kitchen with sit in bar. A full sitting room area with large screen tv. Both TVs have Rokus and have access to any streaming service you'd like. The bathroom has a very nice walkin shower with included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom is a generous size featuring a King Size bed, a second large screen tv and dedicated desk for work. The closet has plenty of hanging space as well as a stackable washer and dryer.
You will have the whole unit to yourself.
We are available 24x7 via the AirBnB app for anything you may need regarding your stay. You will have the entire unit to yourself and we will not be on the property unless there is something you need.
You are in the heart of OTR, within walking distance of many great restaurants and nightlife! As well as Findlay market, which is a great place to shop during the day!
Parking Recommendations:
On-Street: On both sides of 13th St. and Walnut there are paid meters. You can purchase meter time with coin or credit card or by using the Cincy EZ Park App. Be sure to check meter times. Parking is enforced.
Transient Lot: Around the corner from the property on Walnut there is a transient open air lot. Towing is enforced. (1217 Walnut St, Cincinnati, OH 45202)
⭐Garage: Our favorite place to park is in the Mercer garage. (5 Mercer St, Cincinnati, OH 45202) It is a secured parking garage. It is accessible by vehicle on Vine. The rear pedestrian exit of the garage is the alley directly across the street from the building (Rodney Alley). They have a daily rate so no need to worry about feeding the meter. We find this to be the most convenient place to park.
Please do not park in the spaces directly behind the building. These belong to the businesses and you may be towed.
Getting Around:
Everything you need is a short walk away. Cincinnati also offers the Cincinnati Bell Connector Street Car service at no charge. The street car connects the Over The Rhine (North) and Banks (South) areas of downtown and everything in-between.
We are on the second floor, you will have one set of stairs up to the unit. The main entry is a shared spaced but you do have your private entry into the condo. There are cameras in the shared hallways and on our front door, but no cameras in the condo.
We do provide parking in the Mercer Garage, there is no assigned space. We recommend parking by the side door as the ally connects to 13th street. The pass needed will be left on the counter in the unit. If the pass is not returned to the unit at the end of the stay it's a $400 fee to replace.
Important House Rules:
Please note this is a smaller condo, no more than 4 people total in the condo at one time, friends and family are welcome to visit but no guest can stay the night if not on the reservation. If unsure, please always ask! Cancellation of the reservation can be done with no refund at the discretion of the Hosts if this rule is broken.
The following may incur a fee:
1) Pets: $300 fee if we are notified of damage incurred by your pet during your stay or replacement of the item damaged.
2) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it. Please.
3) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a $200 cleaning fee.
4) Failure to Vacate: If the renter fails to vacate by the agreed-upon time, they may be charged the full night fee + taxes. Please just ask if you need an early check-in or late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate.
5) Parking: If the parking pass is not returned upon check-out there will be a $400 fee for replacement.
