Great space
The property was a perfect spot for us. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable & the location was great! Walking distance to a grocery store (which by the way has wine, beer & liquor!), a great bakery/cafe & a delicious local restaurant. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town for The Head of The Charles Regatta. You do have to be able to walk up steps as this is the upstairs unit of a duplex, but it is a great space

Handled all 7 of us!
Visited for 6 days for BC graduation. We used 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nice section of Cambridge. Beds were comfortable but lacked top sheets. TV was big. Keurig coffee maker was a savior. Clean older house. Some creaky floors added to charm but may not be for everyone. Kitty and Mark are very responsive owners and we would definitely rent from them again.

This home is perfect for any family to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and live just next door so if you need anything at all it was very easy to obtain. The home was extremely well maintained, and a couple block walk from star market and a few restaurants, and very close my family's home walking along fresh pond. I would highly recommend staying here for a few days or a week, whatever the time needs are.

Beautiful!!
Everything was fabulous and the owners were very accommodating! They even made us cookies! They were able to be reached by text easily. The house was beautiful as perfect for our 8 person family. The ONLY con was that if you are looking to cook, you may need to bring some supplies. We needed a cheese shredder, a cutting board, and a mixing bowl atleast. They do have pans and spatulas, and place settings for 8 however. Just plan accordingly! Overall, everything was Great!

Beautiful,clean,cozy and state of the art service from the landlord.
The house is cozy,exquisitely decorated giving you the warmth of home. I must add bedrooms are big and have heater as well as A/C . Bathrooms with shampoo ,conditioner,,body wash and hair dryer. Kitty ,the owner personally came to greet us and asked if there was anything else she could do for us. She is an amazing person that will go beyond your expectations.and definetely knows how to make a guest happy. Tte house itself is very well located. Great place!
This property was very comfortable. Plenty of fans and air conditioners in each room. Nice having the laundry center. Very clean and spacious. The owner was responsive. Parking in the driveway is limited and you share with the other unit in the house. If available, I recommend parking on the street. We would definitely consider staying there again if in town!

Great spot in Cambridge.
Our family (and another) were visiting colleges in Boston for our sons. We found this property and booked right away based on great reviews. We were not disappointed. The property owner Kitty was a great host and attentive to our needs. The house is in a great spot, a quick Uber ride to downtown Boston. The place was clean, quiet and a joy to stay at. Perfect vacation home!
This could not have been a better choice for our family. The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make a meal after a day of college tours. The air conditioning worked well and kept the home cool in the summer. It was very conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery store and bus lines. The parking in a private driveway was wonderful and such a bonus for anyone driving to the area. Kitty was a gracious host. She was extremely quick to respond to any correspondence. She was also very accommodating and helpful. She provided very useful information in advance that allowed us ease of navigating the area so less time spent trying to get our bearings. This is a place I would stay again anytime I visit the area. Highly recommended!

clean, spacious and comfortable
The neighborhood was very quiet, yet access to Harvard Square was easy (we didn't go to Boston), and the house was just as pictured in the photos - clean, spacious and comfortable. There were all the utensils and cups/plates you would expect, but little in the way of cooking implements, fyi. We did have to ask for a can opener, but it was provided quickly by the owner, who was very gracious. We were very happy with our choice.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood of West Cmbridge. Kitty was a wonderful hostess!
Great accomodations with comfortable beds, all the necessities and niceties of home. Kitty was very responsive whenever we had a question. Great location that was easy for our party of 6 to get around from using Lyft and driving our own cars. Fantastic restaurants 2 Within walking distance. Others just a short drive away. Easy walk to grocery store (Star Market). Everything you need is in the house. Little upstairs seating room is so peaceful. Fresh Pond has a very nice walking/running trail all around it, and the neighborhood itself is nice for walking. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Thank you Kitty!
