The home is on a corner lot with minimal traffic in Emerywood West, a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Events and dogs are allowed with deposit. *Must inquire with host about your pet/event for approval.
Other details to note: Must be 25 or older to reserve. Very strict occupancy and animal rules. Guest also to send picture ID and separate rental agreement via email for the booking. Animals, Events or special gatherings are allowed at an additional cost. Property is next to a high school. Hospital is 1 mile away. No smoking on property. Exterior cameras are in place.
