This home features three large flat screen televisions with streaming and surround sound wall speakers in living room. Free high-speed internet and free nationwide long distance telephone service are also included.

Hiking, biking, and beach play are just outside the large glass doors. A 5-minute walk leads to the Marine Preserve, a good place to observe the seals as well as the tide pools. The Ohlson Ranch Recreation Center is a nearby 10-minute walk with swimming pool, sauna, tennis & volleyball courts as well as beach access. The Albatross Cove Home is a tranquil destination that easily accommodates both active engagement and calm respite.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
Due to safety issues, no children under the age of 12 are allowed at the Albatross Cove home
