The Space:
Located within a short distance of the Joshua Tree National Park, this Villa has carefully designed spaces and a peaceful desert atmosphere. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms filled with luxury details:

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Game room: An additional Sofa bed

The Villa's got a comfy vibe in all of its spaces: from the living room to the fully furnished kitchen with a dining table to enjoy great meals. It is equipped with all the latest TV streaming services and high-speed Wi-Fi. As for the outdoor areas, there is a private patio with a hot tub, a lounge space and a dining table. On top of that, there is a foosball table and a sofa bed in the game room.

- There’s free parking on premises for 2 cars.

Other Things to Note:
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.
- To ensure the hot tub meet the best standards, our maintenance team will visit the property to check on it on Mondays. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.

Policies:
- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

House Rules: 
- Please make sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
