For larger groups, the guest house is available, offering 1 bedroom with a king bed and 2 sleeper sofas. Enjoy the 12-person Swim Spa Hot Tub, inground heated pool, 16-seat theater, air hockey, pool table, fire pits, and a lighted yard. Ready-to-cook or delivered meals from our partnering restaurant are available. Ideal for weddings.

The Space:
This property, featuring a main house and a separate guest house with up to 7 bedrooms, offers plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. The kids bedroom sleeps 8, and the guest house features a full kitchen, office, dining room, and living room, as well as two sleeper couches.

Escape to a luxurious retreat fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain during your stay. The main house features a spacious kitchen that opens up into a smaller dining room, one of three places to eat on the property. The kitchen also includes a food counter with bar stools and a wet bar located in the dining room. For even more space to cook and entertain, there is a second fully-equipped kitchen located in the guest house. Whether you're hosting a small gathering or a larger event, these kitchens have everything you need to whip up delicious meals and drinks for your group.

The Birch Estate also features a range of entertainment amenities for your enjoyment. Escape to the ultimate movie-watching experience in our soundproof theater room, which can seat up to 16 people and is equipped with a wet bar, popcorn machine, and refrigerator for all your snacking needs. Or head to one of our game rooms, featuring ping pong, foosball, a pool table, air hockey, and cornhole, as well as horseshoes for outdoor fun.

We also cater to your work needs with full Wi-Fi in both houses and the theater, as well as an official office space with a house printer and desk in the main house, and a desk in the guest house. Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have access to all areas of the house and grounds, except for the separate garage. Explore acres of manicured lawn, take a hike on our private wooded trail, or relax in one of the hammocks scattered throughout the property.

Get active with a game of horseshoes or corn hole, or take a dip in the pool to soak up the sun. As the night falls, gather around the bonfire and soak in the hot tub under the stars. And when you're feeling competitive, challenge your friends to a game of basketball on our professional quality hoop.

Other Things to Note:
Please make sure your reservation accurately represents the number of people staying on the property. There may be extra per person/per night fees, even after check-in. The base price of the house is based on 16 people. Each person after that is $100 per night.

To ensure guest safety and enhance liability measures, we kindly request a complete list of guest names, including ages, as well as a list of vehicles with their corresponding license plate numbers for the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.
