The property has surveillance by Arlo doorbell cameras out side the property. If you have a problem entering the property or want to reach me quickly ring the door bell.

Parking – Please be courteous to our neighbors, and only park in the driveway closest to you unit. You are closest to the fence to the right when you pull straight in to the parking area.
Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to please strip the bed, start a load of dirty towels, and put all trash in receptacle. Doing so will help our cleaning crew and is expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains on furniture, linens, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
Garbage – Garbage bins are located at the end of the driveway close to the road..
All garbage must be bagged using heavy-duty plastic bags and be completely contained within the Brown cart that says trash, with the lid closed. Carts should be at the curb by 6 a.m. the day of collection. Do not place cart behind parked cars or within three feet of trees and bushes or other carts. Do not put trash in the cart that says YARD WASTE or RECYCLE.
Place all recyclable materials in your blue rollout recycling cart. No sorting is necessary. All recyclable materials must fit inside the cart with the lid closed. Retain excess materials for the following collection, or take to a recycling drop-off station. Do not put plastic bags in the BLUE rollout carts.
Smoking – Please do not smoke inside. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Pets – We love Small and Medium dogs only! We hope you have a great time at our house with your pup. However, you must pick up your dog’s poop with a plastic bag whether it’s in the yard or anywhere else in the neighborhood – no exceptions. We recommend you put it in the dumpster by the entrance of the property. If your dog creates any stains or damage, please report it ASAP. No pets other than dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $150 will be charged for any guest with a pet. If any signs of an unauthorized pets is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Pets will NOT be left in the property unattended.
Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity is permitted at the property.
Damages and Breakages – Any damage or breakages must be reported to the Manager before departure. Any situation which may threaten the safety of you or the neighbors should be reported immediately to the Manager. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and too bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
By booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
