BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 10 guests in 4 beds, 1 queen sofa bed and an air mattress. Smart TV is located in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom with queen bed. See bed count below:

- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Twins (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2), 1 Twin Sofa bed (Sleeps 1) & 1 Full Sofa bed (Sleeps 2)


BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels and a hairdryer. Our master bedroom has a built in vanity with a chair!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is FULLY stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware, toaster, and has a full line of new appliances including a drip coffee maker and two ovens! The island area has seating for 4 to be able to enjoy a nice breakfast or brunch. The dining table has seating for 6 people.
Our newly installed coffee station has espresso and filter coffee for your enjoyment. Along with a variety of syrups and biscuits to enjoy!

OUTDOOR SPACE:
- BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you)
- Pergola with seating for 6
- Gym Equipment: Dumbbells, kettle balls, pull up station, yoga mats and blocks, jump ropes and rollers
- Stock tank pool: Large enough to fit 6-8 people. This is not a hot tub but a small pool for kids and adults to enjoy!
- Patio furniture: Sits about 6-8 people and allows for a great outdoor experience in front of our fire pit

PARKING: Maximum number of cars that can park in the driveway are 2. Street parking is available at no cost.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play, beach towels, free high speed WiFi and 3 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.

NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire backyard). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet-friendly property; a $100 pet fee is required per pet. Strict no-party policy and we ask that you please respect the neighbour's quiet time between 10pm -8 am. Most of all though we want you to have FUN!

POOL: Our stock tank pool is meant for your enjoyment! Has enough space to fit 6-8 adults comfortably and is also great for kids! All children 14 and under must be supervised while in the pool. Depending on the weather, pool temperatures may be hot as it is a stock tank and is made from metal. Please check temperatures prior to entering to make sure it's to your liking.
