Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

All bedrooms are equipped with luxury bedding and provide the relaxation you need.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed and closet. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a double-sized bed with direct access to the balcony, and closet. The 4th bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed. The 5th bedroom is located downstairs with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Each bedrooms have TVs.

Please note: The ring camera and the cameras at the back are not functional at the moment. There are NO security cameras inside the house. We have noise monitoring devices to ensure the noise levels are respectful to the surrounding neighbors.

*Children shall always have adult supervision when in or around the pool or dock area. The home is equipped with door alarms incase a child attempts to open the door or windows leading to the pool.

*Pool Rules: No diving, no running, no glassware or bottles, no swimming without supervision, no swimming when intoxicated, no peeing in the pool, no smoking in the pool.

*No diving off the dock nor swimming in the canal.

*Pool heating is optional and guests need to pay an additional $100/day.

*Note: The garage is not accessible to guests.
