Villa 1104: Fully updated 2 Bedroom, 3 full bathroom luxury Villa.

Ground floor convenience with a 400sf private patio; you'll love being able come and go from the beach or pool to the villa throughout the day.

The primary bedroom with a king bed and large ensuite, featuring a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks. The secondary bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite. The second bedroom is fully separated with a key-entry door for added privacy. Both bedrooms have access to the private patio which spans the width of the unit and includes lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, and barbecue grill.

The villa has a large, open living area, with couch, lounge chairs and a Smart TV with all the apps. The adjacent dining area features a large table and chairs, a third bathroom, in-suite laundry area, and a fully stocked kitchen.

We provide cleaning services with all rentals, which includes fresh linens, towels and amenities.

We have our own router in the villa to make sure guests have excellent wifi. Free high-speed wifi is also available in the Villa and around the pool.

The resort amenities at Villa la Estancia are first class, and for the exclusive use of guests. The pools feature fountains and a swim-up bar and there are five ocean-view hot tubs. There is also an excellent fitness centre, tennis courts and a spa.

The 3 restaurants at the resort offer everything from poolside lunches to fine dining. Room service is always available so if you don't want to venture out of your Villa, you don't have to.

The concierge at VLE is available 24/7 and and very helpful. We also have a private property manager, who is available to help with any issues or requests from check-in to check-out.

The resort offers a market, pharmacy, and great deli/bakery. It's just a 2 minute walk from the villa and great for grabbing anything you need throughout your stay.

Cabo is easily accessible by air through most of the major air carriers (airport code SJD). Villa la Estancia is a 30-45 minute drive from the airport, so you can fly in the morning and spend the afternoon in the sun.

First class facilities

Our first time to Cabo with family of four adults. Villa la Estancia is a premier property with outstanding location, unbelievable great service and reasonable priced food at many restaurants. 2 bedroom villa 1609 is spacious, upscale and sparkling clean with all newer furniture. Not one single issue during a perfect week in Cabo.

Very Enjoyable Vacation!!!

Our second stay at Villa La Estancia and our first at Sean's Villa. This villa was recently updated and very clean. The pictures shown in the listing are very accurate. The maid service every other day was great. We loved the view and higher floor looking out over the resort and water. The elevators all worked great and it was a quick walk to the small store and deli. We would not hesitate to stay at this villa again.

All in all, a great week!

This unit is just as described, and has a great view over the pools and out to the ocean. We could not fault the accommodation at all. Beautifully furnished and well-appointed with a lovely large balcony - perfect for sunset cocktail hour! The only small irritation was that check-in was lengthy as they tried pretty hard to entice us to attend a 'sales breakfast', and were not easily dissuaded that we were not interested! It did not stop us having a great week though!

Wonderful time. Gracious Owner!

We had a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving weekend and rented both rooms. It was our first trip to Cabo and enjoyed it. The property is in a great location...great and beautiful beach access, wonderful pool(s), good pool bar. Walking distance to town, but also an entire fleet of official cabs just seconds away via bell staff. Being a cashless resort was handy. The gym was well appointed. The resort staff were VERY accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the common area (kitchen, living room) were perfect and the extra bathroom and shower came in handy (there is one off the living room in addition to the ones in the each bedroom). The kitchen has most everything you need. (Walmart and Costco are close by if you want to stock up!). The deck offered a great view. The on site restaurants were nothing special, but splurge on Edith's in town and you will not be disappointed! The owner helped us secure airport transport to and from and they were reliable and friendly. Sean was very responsive with questions and check in details, etc. Highly recommend. Better than a hotel, and a relaxed resort feel.

Great Vacation

This place was amazing. It was my families first trip to Cabo and this property made it the best. Its in a great location, very clean, top notch service and Sean's Villa was incredible. My family and I plan on going back on a regular basis. Dealing with Sean was so easy, he even gave us the name of B&B transportation to pick us up from the airport and bring us back. That is the way to go. B&B was very professional. If you want a great place to stay you should book this place. Thanks Sean for everything.

This unit far exceeds expectations - all the rave reviews are well-deserved. To start, Sean is an excellent communicator, answering any and all questions with very good information. It's wonderful to stay in a freshly done unit with all the amenities. The view is truly amazing! The location within the resort is great, too - convenient to everything. And, everyone at Villa la Estancia is so warm and welcoming. It is a bonus to be able to hear the songbirds from the balcony (and the musical shows next door from the entry way, if you wish)! Perfect winter getaway

We’ve vacationed in Cabo many times and it always delivers - sun filled days with lots of things to do. The last several trips we’ve stayed at Estancia. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The grounds are immaculate and clean. Sean, the owner, was very easy to work with, even when we had to extend our stay due to bad weather back home. Time to head back home to deal with what’s left of winter, but the time in Cabo certainly makes that easier. Already thinking about the next trip!

A quiet and lovely spot on the beach

The condo is lovely. Well appointed and spacious, the condo was spotless. The grand balcony overlooks the grounds to the Sea of Cortez. The pools and hot tubs are welcome oases and the beach is just down a short set of steps. We enjoyed the spa on property and the restaurants are reasonably priced and tasty. We were impressed and hope to return.

Sean's Cabo Oceanview Villa

I highly recommend a stay in Cabo at Sean's Oceanview Villa. Our family of 4- husband, 2 young adult sons and myself spent a week over Christmas holiday. We all enjoyed the ample space, privacy and local amenities at Villa La Estancia. With a center entrance, the condo affords great separation between 2 en suite bedrooms with a centrally located living area: living room, dining table, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & drier and extra guest bathroom with shower. The long porch, accessible by 3 sets of sliding glass doors, offers views of the ocean arches in the distance. Beautiful landscaping and sidewalks appear below within the property leading to hot tubs, pools, work out area, spa & beach. Tennis courts are available nearby as well as a convenient market for groceries and quick meals. The condo was completely as advertised, furnished with comfortable seating , bedding and lighting and adequate kitchen implements. The closets were spacious with a hotel-style safe. A/C worked well and the maid service was courteous and unobtrusive. We enjoyed many meals "off site" by walking or taxiing downtown. Live music and shopping were easy to find. Breakfast provided at the hotel was pleasant and tasty. We all enjoyed a swim in the cool, clean ocean waters. Thank you, Sean! Teresa

lovely holiday week in Cabo San Lucas

Thanks, Sean, for the nice accommodations in your condo at Villa La Estancia. Beautiful views of the ocean bay from the long porch. Nice separation between 2 en suite bedrooms. Extra bathroom in the living area with a shower made it convenient and comfortable for our 4 person family & guests. The staff and support persons were all extremely polite and helpful. The rooms and gardens were clean and well maintained. Ample storage for clothes in the suite areas. We found the every other day maid service perfect. Easy walk or ride downtown for meals or shopping. Nicely situated near market and breakfast site, as well as tennis courts. Very enjoyable vacation spot! Teresa

Can’t wait to go back!!!

This was our first time staying at La Estancia and it did not disappoint ! Villa 1609 was absolutely perfect! Great location...great view... huge ....and super clean! We can’t wsit to go back! Spacious, clean, peaceful, great for families.

We have stayed at the La Estancia in Nuevo Vallerta a few years ago, so we knew the property was going to be nice. Unit 1609 was HUGE, we are a family of five. Traveling w a 9, 6 and 1 year old. The unit had 2 queen beds, one king, and two pull out couches. Along w a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full size bathrooms. The deck is amazing, you can see the ocean, BBQ, sunbath, its plenty big for entertaining too. The property its self is kept up really nice. The pool is fun for kids and adults., there is a great swim up bar w tasty drinks and pool side menu. No slides in the pool, but you can walk right next door to the sister property and use the pool slide there. Its an easy walk to the "baby pool" and "kiddie pools" from the unit - right out the side gate and down the path to the sister property. Sean was a great host. Easy to book the unit with and answered all of our questions regarding travel. He suggested booking B&B Services to pick up and drop off at the airport. $140 USD round trip. It was worth it, The brand new Suburban pick us up curb side with carseats installed. Took us to Walmart to stock up on food and supplies and dropped us at the hotel. It was easy. We rented a car one day, and drove to Flora Farms, that was fun. Otherwise we took at cab everywhere - $9USD per cab ride for up to 8 people. The only thing I can think to mention is that the couch in the living room needs to be replaced. Its really worn, and hard to sit on, because the cushions have flatted so badly. I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling w a group. It was great. The weather was cooler than expected. We wore pants and jackets out every night. Daytime was nice. Enjoy.

Amazing Resort and PERFECT Condo!!

Our family had a short but sweet stay here before heading to another area in Baja. This condo was so perfect for our family that we didn't want to leave! Sean was awesome to work with and even texted me answers if I had questions. I would go back to Cabo JUST TO STAY HERE!!! Our family LOVES to walk into town so the location was perfect for us. It took about 20 minutes to reach the marina or a $10 taxi ride for our family of five.
