We have no neighbors and our home is surrounded by an additional 200 acres of pine forest. Enjoy the excellent amenities like 1Gb Fiber WiFi, AC, multiple hang out rooms & porches and a playground. Relax in the 2 bathrooms complete with a bathtub and shower. Whether you're unwinding in the living room, taking a walk in the woods, or exploring the South GA scene, this farmhouse is the perfect escape for families. Located only a few miles from the Flint River, you will be situated between several towns including Camilla, Bainbridge, Albany, Thomasville and Tallahassee. All within an hour drive.

It is gated and private, a perfect getaway if you just want to be. If you like to stargaze, we are miles from light pollution and have a beautiful view of the sky in our front yard. Visiting in the fall? There are 13 pecan trees that should be dropping nuts on the ground in October/Novemeber. Coming in the Spring? We have loads of blackberries for you to pick starting in May. Enjoy them!

Country Livin'

Very quiet in the country, this house has two large separated living/gathering areas. The very large front yard is prime for a kickball or softball game - it is that big!
