Razoável!!
A casa é perto da praia, o que falta microondas, TV melhor, Wi-fi. Como já aluguel várias vezes pelo site, nunca foi cobrado calção e o dono expecionar a casa na entrada e saída. E dar uma lista com todas as coisas que tem na casa. Me senti desconfortável em relação a isso.

Ótimo custo benefício
Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário do imóvel, Sr. Elimar. O imóvel é perfeito, ótimo custo benefício, tem tudo o que precisa em relação a utensílios e conforto, ótima localização (dentro de um condomínio), com opções de mercados e restaurantes próximos. Perto de praias maravilhosas, vale a pena conhecer praia da fortaleza e caçandoca. Adoramos a casa e recomendamos!!!

Um local para você curtir o sossego. Ao lado da mata e a poucos metros do mar. Você tem a opção de curtir uma praia mais tranquila ou seguir ali bem pertinho para outra um pouco mais movimentada. Estrutura de mercado, farmácia e quiosques. Recomendo.

Sobrado lagoinha - confortável e bem localizado
Tudo conforme descrito no site e no contrato. A casa fica bem pertinho da praia, a pé e só atravessar a pista. Lugar tranquilo, praia ideal para família. Comércios nas proximidades. Imóvel confortável, limpo, bem cuidado, tudo funcionando. Os proprietários foram bem prestativos. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar mais vezes. Recomendamos! Proprietários de confiança, cumpriram tudo o que combinamos. Tivemos uma estadia (30 dias) muito agradável.
