About this property
Luxury Conwy Mill in private grounds with eclectic interiors and the wow factor!
Nestled in Rowen in the Snowdonia National Park, Ty Pandy is a sumptuous space for families to enjoy the beautiful coast and forests of North Wales and beyond.
The property which was originally a fulling mill, now boasts 5 exquisitely decorated bedrooms which can accommodate 8 adults, 2 older children and a cot bed. The huge kitchen provides the back drop for family memories and is the perfect space for eating, drinking, cooking and the odd kitchen disco!
If some quiet time is more your thing then there are separate lounges for relaxing, reading and game playing whilst you listen to the Afon Roe trickle past.
At the top of the garden is a beautiful separate open plan summer house with arcade games, lounging sofas and a TV. There is also several garden seating areas for relaxing under the haze of the festoon lighting.
For cozy days and nights the house has 3 wood burning fires and in the garden you will find a large secluded wood burning hot tub. From the garden you also have private access to the Afon Roe river, and phenomenal views of Tal y Fan. At the rear of the gardens, accessible from the kitchen, you will find an outside dining area which is perfect in the Summer months and there is an outdoor kitchen, sink and BBQ area with herbs and a particularly vintage olive tree.
Perfectly located for walks, outdoor activities or trips to Conwy and the surrounding Victorian seaside towns, Ty Pandy is a versatile space which suits all ages and tastes. The artwork and the interiors have all been curated and sourced from design eras past and present and they seemingly come together to create a feast for the senses.
We try to create a concierge experience for all our guests tailoring welcome hampers to suit the season and any culinary preferences.
We look forward to welcoming you to our magical home.
