Large BEACH HOUSE Great Beach Front Views from the house. No cars on this beach offering guest full enjoyment to relax and take walks.

House design ( two condos connected by an interior stairwell with separate entries from the outside) (EAGLES NEST: upper floor, two bedroom (King Bed and Queen Bed ) Electric FIREPLACE, two full bathroom (Sit down shower and full tub shower combo), SPACIOUS living room with vaulted ceilings AND FANTASTCI VIEWS. Large fully equipped kitchen breakfast bar, dinning area and large living room all with amazing views from every window. Beach front deck with amaxing views. Gas Grill provided. Great area for large family gatherings.

It is two condo's built into one house. An interior stairwell can connect both units or can be locked off. The first floor SHORE BIRD CONDO offers two more bedroom (queen bed and 2 twins beds (semi-private) two fold out couches, second fully equipped kitchen, 3rd full bathroom with tub shower combo along with living room and sunroom. Both living rooms have TV & DVD. All with great beach front views. The beach offers miles of sandy beach free of cars.

Watch the ships coming thru the harbor. .Enjoy the moon shimmering over the water and the fog horn calling in the night. Discover the treasures the tides bring each day. Gas grill. Summer use. Large picnic area off the first floor entry. No cars on beach.Just relaxation and beautiful views.

Great Views and Nearly Private Beach!

We had a wonderfully relaxing family getaway in this great location. Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced family escape to the ocean!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

The home is exactly as advertised and very clean. We had 3 generations staying together and the lock-off between the two living spaces was perfect and allowed grandma to get some extra sleep in the morning before the 4 year olds came upstairs! All in all a perfect stay and would highly recommend.

Great location, steps from the water

This was a great little vacation spot with tons of room for the whole family. A short walk to the sheltered beach, and not too far from "down town". The layout is a bit interesting, but it does provide a lot of bedrooms, and 2 complete kitchens if needed. One of the nicest parts was the covered 2nd story deck with views of the water. Great place to start the morning and end the day.

Perfect beach house!

We rented the entire house for a family celebration with one baby and 7 adults. Lots of room. Wonderful view from the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach is literally only a few steps from the house and has lots of sea shells. A very nice walking beach. The host was very responsive to our requests. We are hoping to come back next year!

On the Beach

Loved the view and the spacious living spaces. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen upstairs. There was plenty of seating, and the semi enclosed deck allowed us to enjoy grilling outside while it was raining. It was a lovely place for a vacation.

Great View & Private Beach Lovely

We loved our stay at this location. Oyehut Bay was a little gem and Damon Pt (walking distance) was great to see starfish & anemones at low tide. Accommodations were great & plenty of room for everyone. Note: some beds were squeaky if children sleeping in room. Loved the big kitchen & the view was lovely along with the private beach. Great place for big families.

Will definitely be booking this home again! Gorgeous views from both levels, and easy beach access. Home is very comfortable. We rented both levels for 6 of us and it was perfect. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful location, plenty of room. We did everything ocean shores provides. Nice spring break vacation. Beach is so close and clean and accessible. Kids had a blast. Weather was great for 3 days. Looking forward to coming back.

Great getaway

Setup is perfect for 2 families and dogs, clean and had all the essentials for the days we stayed. Loved being so close to the beach. Only scary part was when the gas grill burst into flames because it was so dirty. Having a toddler being close to it and dogs was dangerous

Great spot for family getaway

This house was perfect for our family of five adults and two dogs. Every thing was very clean and the house had everything we needed. The description was very accurate-and the beach was so lovely and peaceful. The only down side was that the beach erosion that made the edge where the property met the beach too abrupt and too much of a step down for the seniors in our family to be able to access the beach. Not something the owner or the host could control but maybe helpful for others to know. We could watch the fun from the yard or the deck though! Would stay again.

Comfortable and peaceful family house

The six of us - grandparents, daughters and granddaughters all enjoyed our time very much. The beach is wide and makes for lovely long walks! The kitchen is very well equipped for delicious meals! The view from the upper level is beautiful! There is beach access directly in front of the house but if you are unsteady on your feet or have joint pain you may need to walk or drive down the road to the close by public access point because there is a drop off of a couple of feet to get to the private beach in front of the house. No problem for the younger ones ! If you bring your dog they will love the beach!! Be prepared to take your dog down the stairs and around the house to the grassy area.

Successful Mother's Day Weekend!

We had an amazing Mother's day weekend right on the beach! It was so nice to walk out of the house and be right by the water. Also it was nice to have our own beach that wasn't overcrowded! The house was amazing, we hung out on the upper deck a lot just watching the water and BBQing 😁. The house was big with plenty of room! Me, my two brothers, my sister in law, my two nephews, and both of my parents, and our two dogs all came and there was still room for more people 😁. My mom said it was the best mother's day weekend ever! Our host was extremely nice and helpful no matter how many questions I asked. She made the trip so easy for all of us and we hope to keep coming back!

Nice Enough, But Buyer Beware

Renters beware, the property is billed out as Ocean Front, but is very much in the Bay. There is a very distant peekaboo view of the ocean, but don't expect ocean front. The property manager said they get to call it ocean front (for some reason), but it is not. The house is nice enough and there is definitely a beach. Firepit was nice. There were a few issues inside, but most places have a few things wrong. My siblings and I spent a day at the Moclips ocean beach so all in all it was good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. View is spectacular. Comfortable sleeping for 9. Some repairs needed.

We rented the whole house for a post Christmas family get away, with 11 of us. Renters should know that this house has actual beds for only 9 people. We expected to be using one of the hide a bed couches downstairs. One couch had only springs, and the other, you wouldn’t want to sleep on. We didn’t try the upstairs couch, so not sure how it is for sleeping. Two of our teenagers slept on the floor. There are blow up mattresses, but they weren’t comfortable. The other problem is the sliding glass door upstairs leaks. We were there during torrential rain and wind, using towels to soak up water, and it was leaking through to ceiling downstairs . The glassed in porch downstairs, leaks and is moldy. The “fireplace “, is really an electric heater with a pretend flame. Those were our complaints.. The views from upstairs are spectacular , from large windows all around! Upstairs is roomy and comfortable with seating for everyone. The kitchen is roomy and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but felt it was expensive, considering the things needing repair and lack of comfortable sleeping space for over 9 people.

Right on the private beach!

Two story house, that can be split into two condos, right on the private beach. Less than a 2 minute walk to the water. Perfect for relaxing and not worrying about getting to the beach to beat the crowds. Just a few things that were not expected, although not a hinderance to our stay at all. The downstairs space has little air flow and gets quite warm if you use the stove/oven. Also the kitchen gets ants if food is being consumed. Now, this is not a negative for the property, as it is right off the beach and ants/insects should be expected. I simply got some ant spray and traps from the hardware store in town and it solved the issue. I do recommend preparing all food in the upstairs unit if renting the entire house. Mostly due to the heat from the stove in the lower unit. The property is fully furnished, no complaints about beds or other furniture. The appliances with exception of the dishwashers were old, but very much still functional if you can get past esthetics. Again you’re paying for location. There were things that definitely needed maintenance, (blinds, downstairs bathroom door, microwave hood light out, paint etc) but again not a hinderance to our stay. I was really disappointed that there was no hot tub/spa. The listing’s amenities state whirlpool spa and it was one of the reasons we chose the property. But there is not a spa/hot tub on the property. I’ve stayed in one of the little cabins previously and loved it as well.

Great location, large amount of space

Hard to find a spot where you can walk out the door and be right on the beach 1 minute later. Great beach to fly a kite, sit and relax, or stroll up and down to look for shells or crabs. Even late August, the water was too cold to go in, although we did see a couple kayakers out fishing. With everyone so spread out around here, the next closest people were probably 100 yards away. The beach area felt very private, even on the weekend. With two separate levels, the house had plenty of space for us and our out of town family. The upper level is the nicer space, and the beach views are wonderful. There is also a private fire pit out back where we all gathered around and had smores one night. Some others just made fires right on the beach. The appliances are not the newest, but they still worked fine. We did have an unexpected house guest - a small mouse was running around the house that was too quick for us to catch, but the owners did bring over a trap to try and catch it. There were also some spiders and millipedes. With an older house right on the dunes, it can be tough to keep all the smaller critters out. None of them really bothered us. The only other downside we experienced was my brother always woke up with a sore back sleeping in the second bedroom upstairs. He said it was too soft and could use a new mattress and box springs. Other than that, everyone had a wonderful time. Maria was very responsive the few times we texted her during our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

A nice gem.

Watching waves roll onto the sandy beach and breath taking sunrises and sunsets. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Had a great time with our kids and grand kids. Plan on going back.
