Built in 1903 and renovated in 2008, our farmhouse has the coziness of an old country home and the vitality of a modern art gallery. A full cascade of windows show off beautiful Hominy Valley and is only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville.
Multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas create opportunities for friends and families to gather. Anne's remarkable collection of modern art and Tom's handmade quilts inhabit the rest of this wonderful gathering space. A fire pit, 7 acres and a wonderful swimming hole open up a lifetime of memories. The Blue Ridge Parkway is only a 10 minute drive. Our fully appointed modern kitchen has everything the avid cook might need.
The property is a working farm managed by Shaun and Natasha who live in the renovated barn. Natasha sells her eggs and produce and is available for preparing culinary yuminess!
