my partner and i had such a wonderful time in the beautiful artist cottage! quiet and gorgeous with a lovely and communicative host. would definitely stay here again!
The cottage was perfect for my two night stay. I was close to everything I wanted to experience for the Holliday Season. The cottage was quaint and quiet and the host was easy to communicate with before and during my stay.
This was a perfect location to spend the day at peace valley park. The space was so clean and had everything we could’ve needed. The property was quiet and check in process was easy. Kim was more than willing to answer any questions we had, very accommodating. We will definitely be returning this summer
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights for a visit with our daughter in Doylestown. In the past we stayed in hotels. Our daughter found this gem and we’re so glad she did. The cottage is absolutely adorable! The cottage had extras you don’t find in hotels. The cottage had a small refrigerator, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker (and K-cups) and a toaster! She supplied full sized shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The owner, Kim was very helpful and responsive. It is perfect for a couple or a single person. I would highly recommend it over a hotel stay. We will be back!
This charming cottage was perfect for my two night visit to Doylestown. Kim, the owner, was very easy to work and communicate with. The cottage itself was cozy and just as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and the bath towels were plush. The mini-kitchen had everything I needed and Kim was thoughtful enough to supply coffee and creamer, butter and bottled water. I loved the decor, with little bits of nature brought inside. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area!
I only had a quick overnight stay on my way through the area. This was a wonderful space with great touches. Great communication with the owners and I would definitely stay again.
Just the cutest place with NO detail left to consider. She even provided a few toiletries incase we forgot something. We give it an 11 on a scale of 10!
My wife and I loved this artist’s cottage. We were working long hours during our stay and coming home to this charming, cozy, clean little house was amazing. We got to relax and enjoy our time together. We’re planning another visit when we can just enjoy the cottage and explore the area. The hosts were lovely.
The artist cottage was a beautiful, comfortable and cozy retreat that I highly recommend. It was immaculate and the hosts were so friendly and hospitable. My only wish that I we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area!
I took my daughter to The Cottage for her special 10th birthday overnight. As soon as I saw the pictures on the listing I knew it was a place she would love (turns out I loved it too!). We had the best time. The Cottage is cozy without feeling small and there were so many extra little amenities that were so thoughtful. We will be back!
It is cute and cozy. The property owner left interesting books (The Ghost Of Windy Hill),magazines, and arty things to do. They fulfilled our needs perfectly! It was very relaxing even though it’s on a fairly busy road. Short drive to Peaceful Valley Lake. I had a good feeling about this property and they were right!
We loved everything about the little cottage. The only thing I need to learn to pay attention to is the bed size. I have a shoulder replacement and need lots of pillows and space to be cozy while sleeping. The bed size is not mentioned in the amenities. I should have asked. Very thoughtfully designed.
Kim's hospitality was evident from the first communications. Access to the Cottage was hassle free and very casual, which I appreciated. I am a resident of the area who recently moved and came back for a work visit. I felt like I was in another community - this Cottage is convenient to all you would need in Bucks County and yet tucked away from it all as well for winding down. The property is amazingly serene. Impressive old Bucks County Farmhouse property with wide open walking and sitting areas. The Cottage itself couldn't have had more personal and "homey" touches. It is impeccably maintained and surprisingly stocked with personal products I did not expect. I felt like I was a family member staying for a few days - as close to a bed and breakfast experience as you could get with out the breakfast. The Cottage is appointed with Artistic and decorator touches that would impress any visitor - especially someone in the Arts. I had not known of this location and found during a VRBO stay search. I could not recommend this Cottage highly enough - family, friends, anyone that asks me where to stay when visiting the area. I plan to return semi-monthly for work and cannot wait to book my stays and make this my home away from home. Thank you Kim and Michael - and Best of Luck in your Innkeeping endeavors! JC

Why they chose this property

What makes this property unique
This little cottage on our farm was an Artist Studio for many years and has only recently been converted for guests. It snuggles behind our Farmhouse and it's just the sweetest little space.
