This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps 13 and boasts a wonderful back yard that steps right to the water. Enjoy the water views from the spacious back yard, perfect for outdoor games and sports. Relax and enjoy a meal on the deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill. plenty of living space for a large group of friends or family. The kitchen was remodeled with higher end appliances, it also has a nice breakfast bar and great cooking area. The large living room is filled with comfortable furniture and flat screen television along with dining area that faces the water and back patio. Back patio has outdoor dining area and seating along with gas grill and views of the water as well. Nice large grassy yard area great for outdoor sports and games.
This special home offers a master bedroom with private bath, 4 additional bedrooms (all sunny and bright), wireless internet, an enclosed outdoor shower and a floating dock for mooring a small boat. Truly a great house to share the Summer together!
