This special place is located on the University of Delaware’s central campus within walking distance to Main Street’s fine dining and fun shopping. Come stay on Quality Hill and stay in the heart of historic Newark. Built in 1885, this historic Victorian home was once a B&O Railroad tenant house. In the early 1900’s the building was converted into 5 apartments and has been owned and operated by the same family for the past 75 years. Experience our recently renovated modern Victorian 2 bedroom apartment with large kitchen and bar area.
