Housekeeping 🧼
Initial Cleanliness: Your unit will be sparkling clean and stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels upon check-in, courtesy of our professional cleaning service.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Daily housekeeping isn’t included, but you can request additional cleaning services for a fee during your stay.

Pool Heating Information 🌊
Request: Must be made 48 hours before check-in, with a fee of $35 per day (heating required for the entire stay).
Winter Heating: May take up to 48 hours to warm the pool from December to February.
Spa & Pool Connection: The system is connected, so when the pool heater is activated, it warms both the pool and spa together (they are not separate).
Pool Maintenance: Our pool is serviced weekly. After rainfall, some debris in the water is normal and will clear up quickly.

BBQ Usage 🍔
Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank during their stay.

Pet Policy 🐾
Furry Friends Welcome: We accommodate up to 2 dogs (subject to our insurance policy’s accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please ensure your pets are leashed outside, never left unattended in the home unless crated, and cleaned up after. Woof woof!

Travel Insurance 📅
Highly Recommended: We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for your stay, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Refunds will adhere to Airbnb’s policy at the time of your booking.
