**Heated Pool & Relaxing Jacuzzi**

To make your stay more comfortable, we offer heating for the pool and jacuzzi separately. We opted not to build this into the daily rate, as some other homes do, to keep our listing budget-friendly for our guests. This way, guests only pay for it if they choose to use it,you can choose to heat either one depending on your preference.

Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool and it takes 30mins to warm up the Jacuzzi.

Fuel Charges ->
1.Pool Heating to 85°F :
$200 first night, $150/night after, available for use from 10am to 10pm.
A minimum of 2 consecutive nights of heating is required.

2.Jacuzzi heating to 100°F:
$60 per/session(4 hours), use between 10am to 10 pm.

For extended stays,enjoy 1 complimentary Jacuzzi session with 3+nights.

If you'd like the pool or jacuzzi heated during your stay, please let us know in advance to ensure they're ready for you.

House Rules:
1.We love having you, but please keep our guest limit to 12 people, including kids over 2 years old. If you have visitors, just check in with us first, as they’ll count towards that limit, even if they don’t stay overnight. No exceptions! Exceeding the limit or having extra guests isn't allowed and could lead to cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Let's keep things fun and easy for everyone while respecting the neighborhood.
2. DO NOT park at the neighbor's curb,maxium 4 cars parking on driveway/garage.
3. No outdoor use between 10 PM - 8 AM.
4. No smoking of any kind inside the house ,ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA ON THE PREMISES.
5. Please don't leave Bulky Trash at checkout.
6. No shoes, No pets inside the house.
