Here at Desert Haven, you can escape from blustery weather for one, two or three months in sunny Mesa, Arizona. You will have an entire home to yourself in a highly desirable 55+ community situated near the Superstition Mountains of legendary Lost Dutchman Mine fame. During your stay you will have access to two golf courses (27 holes) within the community and many nearby courses including where the famous WM Phoenix Open is played. There are other fun activities at your door step and you are close to world famous attractions including the Sonoran Desert, the only place on Earth where you can see Saguaro cactus.
This Park Home* is fully equipped - all you need to do is bring your swimsuit and golf clubs! We’ll even rent you a golf cart for your exclusive use. Located in the desirable View Point RV & Golf Resort Complex, included for you with your stay are access to 27 holes of golf (green fees apply), Pickleball and tennis courts, a hair salon, spa, softball, three swimming pools, a clubhouse, fitness center, game room, hot tub, hiking trails, dining and much more. Your home away from home is dog friendly so your best friends can come along.

Desert Haven provides all the conveniences you have at home and then some! The Primary Suite boasts a queen bed, en suite bathroom and ample storage. The Sitting Room offers a queen-size pull-out sofa with TV and adjacent bathroom separate from that of the Primary bathroom. Cable TV and Wifi are included!

There is another television in the Living Room where you will find plenty of seating on the sofa and side chair. The Dining Cove seats 4 comfortably. The Kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet experience whether it be barbecue or baking - all you need to prepare sumptuous meals is provided.

Move your feast outside on the covered Lanai for pleasant evenings in the desert air where there is yet another television. Enjoy your meal or cocktails around the fire pit table and 4 lounge chairs. Also outside is a carport for your vehicle and a storage area for your clubs and other equipment.

*A “park home” is a 400 square foot manufactured home built on a chassis with wheels but permanently sited.
