Due to being townhouse and shared walls, noise control is necessary. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, or LARGE Gatherings. Family member Asthmatic and NO SMOKING of Cigarettes or Marijuana, Vaping or ILLEGAL DRUG USE. Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m.

Internet router located in front bedroom bedroom right corner on top of shelf closest to window if needed to reset. Please turn off all lights and turn off climate control thermostat (HVAC) upon check out at 11:00 a.m. Cleaning supplies/soap under sink and cabinet next to sink. Washer/Dryer and toys in basement. Please put toys back into the proper boxes and on shelves.
