Get ready to relax in this 6-bedroom house on Sanibel Island.
Our home offers incredible privacy with views of the tranquil backyard lake.
This beautiful property features 2 separate living areas perfect for 2 families. There are 3 bedrooms on main level and 3 bedrooms on lower level with separate entrance and a sitting area with TV on each level. This home can sleep up to 12 guests. Groups with more than 6 adults must get prior approval from owner.
The home includes amenities like a pool, outdoor dining and poolside grill. The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub, shower, and hair dryers for added convenience.
The home is located mid- island in a quiet community with private beach access just 700 yards away. Walk, ride a bike or ride in the provided golf cart to the beach access path. Spend your days relaxing on this stunning gulf coast beach with the famous Sanibel shells.
Please note that City of Sanibel ordinance requires a 28 day minimum reservation. We abide by all city terms and all rentals will be blocked for four consecutive weeks.
A car is recommended for transportation to and from the house and for navigating around the island.
