Beautiful ranch style luxury home located in exclusive Hacienda Pinilla Resort. This great house sleeps 12 guests comfortably. House includes all the necessary amenities to spend a luxury and relaxing time in Costa Rica. There are 5 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen has high end appliances and large island, the living room has an oversized couch with TV space overlooking beautiful exterior private pool and garden. There is AC throughout the house, WiFi, BBQ area, Office and Gym.

Spacious house great for families and group of friends. This house is very spacious with a great open concept style surrounded by windows bringing the outdoors indoors.

The house has 5 bedrooms 4 with ensuite bathrooms providing lots of privacy for groups and families.

Bedrooms distribution:
1. Master has a king bed and large bathroom with bathtub and indoors and outdoors shower.
2. Second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
3. Third bedroom has two queen beds and ensuite bathroom
4. Fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Also an ensuite bathroom.
5. Room with double sofa bed.

The house is divided in two wings, bedrooms 1,2,3 are on one side of the house and on the other wing you have the 4th bedroom, kitchen space and living room area. Both wings of the house are connected by an open alley.
We have a great spacious office for guests that need to work during their vacations and we also have great gym equipment in the garage for all of those who love training!!

The house has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. There is an outdoors palapa with a BBQ area where you can sit enjoy beautiful sunsets and afternoons.

There is central AC in kitchen an living room area.
All bedrooms have an individual AC unit.

Guests have access to the entire house and exclusive use of it.
Guests can also enjoy Hacienda Pinilla amenities such as the Beach Club paying $10 per person consumable in the restaurant.

We are available to assist guests as much as needed during their vacations.
Once our guests book with us we have a host and concierge available to assist them with any activities, tours and services need prior and during your stay.
We are able to help with transportation, chef services, fun activities and much more.
