Songo River Bend House is ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling with children. The home features four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 12 guests with 2.5 bathrooms. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a breakfast table, and additional seating at the large island. The dining room offers ample space for meals together. The main level’s master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a full bathroom. The finished basement features a bedroom with two double and two twin beds, plus a large family room perfect for movie or game nights. Outside, enjoy a vast yard, wraparound deck, and fire pit for evening gatherings. Bring your boat or rent one for the day. The house is situated on a very quiet dirt road, ensuring a peaceful stay. The dock is easily accessible, located just across the street and down a short pathway from the house. You’ll find stairs leading down to the river and the dock, making it convenient to enjoy the water.
