Fully stocked kitchen (dished for 14 people) + All needed pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, etc for food preparation.

Plenty of room for parking, 3-car garage, long and wide driveway.
*** 2-hour early check-in and 2 hours late check-out can be requested for a separate $50 fee for either time window - any requests need to be made 48 hours before check-in so the cleaning staff can accommodate***
**All Cadence's amenities (such as swimming pools, jacuzzi, basketball and pick ball courts, and gym) are welcome to be used with provided access key. Request separately for $50/per stay.**
***Pets allowed on a case by case basis for $75 per pet per stay***
***For the guest's safety the home's front door is under video surveillance (the camera is only external for guest privacy) ***
