It is a room built in under a house and sits on the Colorado river and has a lighted fishing pier. Great space for a fishing trip. Full bathroom with shower. Private entrance and exit from room. There is also the beautiful sunsets over the river. Five minute drive to beach, 5 minute trip to Matagorda town. Dock your boat! Porch with plenty of sitting tables and chairs for a BBQ and relaxation.
