Most areas of our home enjoy gorgeous views to our well manicured backyard & heated pool. Our home was completely renovated in 2021 and has been professionally designed with chic modern decor throughout. Located in the super quiet residential neighborhood of Imperial Point, our home is perfect for families. We are a quick drive to access the beach at Lauderdale By the Sea.
Inside:
Walk-in to the incredible outdoor views, airy feel, and open concept of our living room, kitchen, and dining room. The interior was completely renovated and designed to feel like a modern, luxurious hotel for our guests. Our home includes three bedrooms (master is an ensuite with access to the backyard), two full bathrooms, and a converted garage that has an air conditioned work space and washer/dryer. Relax and unwind after a day exploring South Florida in-front of the 65” 4k UHD TV with Roku, Max, Paramount+, Peacock, and Pluto streaming all provided. In addition every bedroom features ceiling fans, modern art & furniture with comfortable bedding and wall mounted TVs (each contain the same app offering as outlined above).
Outside:
The exterior of the home includes brand new tropical landscaping with palm trees and beautiful botanical flowers. The travertine stone patio surrounds the brand new heated pool and has an outdoor dining table, umbrella, lounge chairs and Weber grill.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
We require all guests sign a rental agreement/contract. For local guests, an additional $1,500 security deposit is collected. Please inquire for details.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $150. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets and multiple month stays.
There is no smoking inside of any kind.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a strict Fort Lauderdale noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. All socializing after 10:00 PM must be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.

There is a 2 car maximum per reservation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
