Spacious and bright centrally located two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located directly on the Provincetown Harbor!

This property features a fully equipped new kitchen facing the harbor with cathedral ceiling, an induction cooktop combo oven & microwave, a dishwasher and a laundry with a full-size stackable washer/dryer.
The dining area offers sitting for 12+ guests and is directly connected with the large living spaces facing Commercial Street and the Pilgrim Monument.
A 3-sided wood-burning fireplace and a small study area anchor those two spaces.
On the third floor, we have two bathrooms and bedrooms with plenty of storage.

For those enjoying music, the house offers an upright piano and a Sonos system that delivers sound on the entire first floor.
Walking through the newly added back glazed wall you can enjoy the 600 sq. ft. waterfront for your private usage. The deck allows direct access to the beach and features a private large sectional sofa, a private table to seat 6+, a private full grill and an outdoor shower.

Located directly across the street from Town Hall, above retail businesses, the condo is a few steps away from shops, galleries, restaurants, and nightlife!

The house doesn't offer parking space. It is possible to double park in front of the house to unload your car. Two public parking lots are within a 3 to 5-minute walk away.

This is our second year to stay at this location. You can’t beat the location. Steps from Town Hall and the back patio views are breathtaking. The owners are easy to work with and available when/if you need them!

Peaceful downtown oceanside oasis

We have been staying in Provincetown for years and this downtown spot checked all the boxes. Well-appointed, meticulously decorated and comfortable accommodations allowed for ease of access and a spot to decompress. In the middle of the downtown action yet quiet and a great escape. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Ptown Experience

The location of this property cannot be beat. It's right across from Town Hall and and steps away form the wharf. The decor and furnishings make you feel like you're staying in a design expert's home. They owners are also incredibly responsive and the condo comes stocked with anything you might need to prepare a feast.

Location, Location, Location!!!

Simply stunned and overall in love with what this property provided. less than a 7 minute walk from the ferry!!!! We came for Bear week and I must say it was the most incredible experience. I have gone to Bear week before but this year it was special all thanks to this amazing VRBO. Located steps away from Crown & Anchor it was the most amazing feeling being able to be part of the fun and excitement of the week but retreat for some peace and quiet when needed and not having to walk 20 minutes or deal with a bike rental. The back patio should be considered its own listing to be honest, given how big and beautiful it is. The immediate access to the beach was beyond amazing. Watching the tide change with a hot cup of tea in the morning will be a memory I cherish forever. Given the intense heat we have been having I was worried about the A/C, but i was humbled immediately given the home has A/C and each upstairs room has its own A/C unit. The instructions the owners gave were clear and so professional. Had zero issues getting into the property. The hosts provided towels, beach towels, shower amenities. They even had beach umbrellas available in the cleaning closet. The washer and dryer unit in the property was truly a blessing! The hosts of this property thought of everything! If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place! I will definitely be looking to book this property in the future! Thank you so much for making this the best week ever!!!

Big and beautiful

We loved our stay! Spacious living accommodations, the outdoor private deck was our favorite spot, and the location can’t be beat. Two full size bathrooms is a must for my group, which the house had. We really enjoyed the detail of the house and the warm personality came through through the decoration and personal touch. We’ll always cherish our time here and can’t wait to visit again.

This home is beautiful. It’s located in the center of all the action on Commercial Street. But once inside, you’re in an oasis of art and comfort. ‘Very tastefully appointed and comfortable’ would be how I’d sum up the vibe of this home.

we keep on coming back for more

We have been visiting Provincetown for 30+ years, and this is a great gem of an apartment right in the middle of town directly across from town hall. You literally cannot be more in the center of things. The condo is up a flight of stairs and is the top two floors of the building. The owners have recently redone the place and everything is new and easy to use. if you are looking to relax, there is a great private deck on the back looking directly out at the harbor. and the bay window at the front is excellent to just sit and people watch. if you like to cook, the kitchen is fully appointed with anything you could need. The place is well-appointed and taken care of with nice linens and very comfortable beds. When we come to Ptown, we usually walk or bike everyplace, so the location cannot be beat. We have stayed here twice already and would plan to come back next September.

Beautiful apartment in the center of town

The property is gorgeous. Truly perfection. My only qualm is that on weekends it is a noisy area late at night due to the restaurant across the street playing loud music and early in the morning due to trucks (trash/deliveries). Otherwise, it couldn't be better.

Awesome stay in the middle of it all!

It is a truly great, gorgeous, property, perfect for sitting in the bay window up front and people watching, or having a meal out on the back deck overlooking the beach and ocean. It looks even better than the photos. We found it had everything we could need including beach umbrellas! Our rental bikes were easy to access as there's a bike rack in the side alley.

LOCATION, LOCATION, and FRANCE!!!

From the moment we walked in, we were taken by how large the place is - and how well decorated. And then you see straight through to the bay, which is after the large deck and the throngs of people playing volleyball on the beach. The unit is a French circus theme. You see the elephants from Moulin Rouge/Les Miserables(?) as well as many artsy clowns (not scary ones), bears and PTown related paintings. The bathrooms are spacious and modern with large showers. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Including two drawers of spices from around the world (definitely check it out before you shop). The beds were so comfortable and it was a hot week so great to have a wall-mounted AC unit in each room, in addition to central air on the first floor, for a very comfortable sleep. One thing to note is the front bedroom looks down on Commercial street and a very loud dance club, so people who don't like noise should be aware to take the back bedroom. I had the front and had no problem with the noise (I live in NYC) and would stay in that bedroom again. It's great for people watching. The charm and views are equal to the best places I've stayed in PTown. I would definitely stay again. Kudos to the owners!!!

Just perfect

This was an amazing find. The owners were easily contacted about any question we had. The space is gorgeous with some super fun decor! Deck is amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only complaint we had (and it’s not even that big of a deal) was there was no propane in the grill tank or the extra grill tank. We should have checked before preparing to grill. But again no biggie- we just baked the chicken! Thanks for th beautiful stay!! Amy
