Perfect for families or groups of friends, the house features three spacious bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—providing comfort for everyone. For entertainment, the game room is a standout, complete with foosball, a Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game, and a cozy reading nook for quiet moments of relaxation. The home is in a serene and scenic neighborhood known for its tranquil setting and proximity to the iconic red rock formations. It offers a peaceful, residential escape surrounded by nature. The neighborhood is also close to hiking trails, outdoor activities, and Sedona's vibrant arts and culture scene while maintaining privacy and seclusion. It’s perfect for nature lovers, retirees, and families looking for a laid-back lifestyle amidst Arizona's stunning natural beauty.

This spacious single-level home spans over 1,850 square feet and features three bedrooms, an Arizona room, and two bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Upon entering the home through the front door, you'll be welcomed into the expansive great room, which combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room:

This space boasts contemporary furnishings, a cozy fireplace, a 65-inch Roku TV, and a beautiful stone fireplace, complemented by a leather sectional that comfortably seats six. The vaulted beam ceilings enhance the open and airy ambiance, enhancing the rustic charm of the space. Large windows flood the room with natural light and showcase the stunning surrounding views.

Kitchen:

The kitchen offers ample elbow room and counter space, perfect for group cooking projects. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system, it includes a full oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and blender—all designed to ensure you have everything you need for the ultimate Sedona vacation. The central island features seating for three, making it an ideal spot for meal prep and entertaining.

Dining Area:

The dining area comfortably seats six.

Primary Bedroom:

This bedroom features a king-sized bed and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features two sinks, a spa-like glass shower, a rain shower system, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).

Bedrooms 2 and 3:

Each has a queen bed, a reading nook, and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV. They share a full bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Game Room:

This room features exciting foosball, Pac-Man, and Galaga arcade games and a futon that can serve as a fourth bed. You can also do some yoga on the provided mats. It also includes a dedicated office space and a cozy reading nook, offering stunning views of the red rocks from the window.

Outdoor/Patio Areas:

The backyard provides a tranquil setting, featuring a patio with outdoor seating, a fire pit/table, a propane BBQ grill, and a hot tub—perfect for enjoying the stunning red rock views. The front entry patio also offers additional seating for relaxation.

New Pool Coming Soon:

Get ready for fun and relaxation in our backyard, where a brand-new pool is on the way! This exciting feature will be available starting December 1st, 2024. In the meantime, enjoy our full patio, complete with a BBQ grill, a comfortable seating area with a fire table, and a relaxing hot tub—all available for your enjoyment during your stay.

Guest access: Whole home and backyard Patio. There is no access to the locked owner's closet, garage, or pool area while under construction.

Camera on Exterior of Property: A doorbell camera is installed at the front door, providing a view of the walkway. For added security, a second camera is installed over the garage facing the driveway.
