LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES
OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY
KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS
START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to
have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

- There is NO pool safety fence, however there is a door alarm to the backyard.

- Pool heat available during season (November - May) at $50 extra per night.

- This house is PET-FRIENDLY.

- This is a NO PARTY house. Strict no-party rules enforced with a $1,000 fine for violations. West Palm Beach enforces a no-noise policy from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
