We are from up north, enjoying retirement.
We like to have guests enjoy our condo, when we are not there.

Why they chose this property

This section of the east coast, called Ormond by the Sea, is a nice quiet no Drive beach, making it semi private.
The property is direct ocean, steps from the beach. large pool for guests to use. Shopping and Dining are abundant all around us.

What makes this property unique

Our ground floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath full condo has a large patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
The assigned parking spot for this condo is right by the condo front door, only a few steps.
We have a laundry room near the condo for guests to use during their stay.
