Numerous separate, cozy, green, curated spaces for a couple, group of friends or a family—in Mission Bay, right in the heart of San Diego, just around the corner from beautiful Crown Point Shores + a scenic walk to Sail bay and Mission/Pacific Beach.

-3 bedrooms one of which is an office with standing desk.
-Two full bathrooms with separate showers
-Central AC and Heat
-luxurious hot tub in back corner of lot that can fit up to 7.
-functional, beautiful kitchen with gas stove+nice appliances. Dishwasher. Large sink. Large Fridge. Plenty of pantry space with roll out shelves and lazy Susan. Basic kitchen supplies provided.
- sizable deck off kitchen with outdoor dining table for 6-8 people
-Full-size washer-dryer in a custom shed
-Sizable storage shed may be available for some storage
-Barbecue Area. Grill+ large Paella pan
-Peloton available
