Relax in this amazing centrally located property in the Park North area, an established and convenient neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas, highly desirable by locals and travelers. We are only minutes from downtown, the airport, as well as many other city attractions. The house has three bedrooms, and can accommodate nine people. Its game room features a comfortable and oversized sectional, as well as a round table for playing games and making life memories. The backyard is an oasis for all ages, relax in the private pool after a day full of activities, or sit by a cozy fire in its outdoor fire pit area. This newly updated home, is nestled in the vivid area of Park North. This is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable visit to the Alamo City. The open concept living areas have been designed to provide comfort during your stay, while you create lasting memories with your loved ones. After a day of exploring the city you will want to rejuvenate for the next adventure. Find a comfortable place in one of our three kind beds, where you can comfortable rest and recharge. But you do not have to leave the comfort of your home away from home to have fun, soak up the Texas sun in this beautiful backyard, with mature trees. Enjoy the city vies while sitting on the back porch, we love the night view from this porch. The backyard boasts a brand new swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ grill, kids play area, fire pit, offering a stunning retreat you won’t want to leave.

Immerse yourself in the comfort of the living room, where you can stream your favorite services from the smart TV. The couch is a pull out, with a memory foam mattress. This space has enough seating for up to 10 people. The newly built bar area offer extra seating, enjoy memorable conversations in this open floor plan.

The dining area sits up to six people, with extra three seats by the bar area which is right next to the dinning area. What is really unique is that you can easily access the game room from the dining room, which opens up to a round table with seating for four.

House Rules
~~Respect quiet hours mandated by the city from 10 pm-7 am.
~~No smoking of any kind, any smoking evidence will result ina $250 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
~~No parties/events, we ask that you treat our home as yours to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visit.
~~Refrain from moving furniture.
~~Even Though we allow pets we do not consider our home pet friendly. Therefore if bringing your pet please keep them off the furniture and clean after them.
~~Pool; we try to keep the pool open year round, but please message host to learn about closures.
~~No GLASS outdoor or by the pool area, broken glass removal will result in a $200 fee.
~~No Diving, running, or horse playing.
~~Children should not use the pool or backyard unattended.
~~Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or if you are ill.
~~No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, no exceptions
~~Do not remove the back doors’ alarms, and/or the window alarms.

This property is equipped with a Ring camera at the main entrance. A second camera is located in the backyard. Both of these cameras begin to monitor and record wen motion is detected.
