The Space:
Each room is individually climate controller with its own ductless air conditioner and heater.
Each bed is equipped with plush mattresses and 750 thread count sheets. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic pots, pans, and utensils needed for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a Ninja blender, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee machine, and more.
The living room smart TV is set up with all the major streaming channels including Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, and Hulu. Note there is no standard cable.
The driveway is reserved for the back unit. You will have to use street parking, though there is ample street parking and you will not need to walk far.

Guest Access:
This is a duplex and your stay will be in Unit A, which is the front of the property. Your house and back patio are private with no shared spaces.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Getting Around:
I recommend Ubering to most destinations, such as the beach, because parking at popular tourist spots can be difficult.
Other Things to Note:
I can RARELY accommodate early check-ins. The previous guest checks out at 11 AM and my cleaning team needs the time to prep the place and make it spotless for your arrival. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip. If necessary we may be able to arrange a luggage drop off.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
