Remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, Remodeled marble bathroom, luxury bedding, hardwood floors. Living Room has 65” OLED flat-screen TV, DVR. Gas Fireplace. Full size Washer and Dryer, Outdoor patio. Steps to the South Bay Front beach! Two car garage parking. Need groceries and/or beverages or other services our Concierge Service will have it waiting for you upon arrival. Our Concierge Service provides our guests with all the luxuries of a hotel, in the comfort of a tastefully appointed home. No animals allowed unless Service Animals

Great experience and beautiful place.
My daughters and I had a wonderful time. Location is amazing. Enjoyed all of it. The host did a great job with communication. House was very clean and quaint. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Stay
The location is ideal! Cutest little town to walk around in. We stayed on first floor. Spacious and very clean. Every possible item you could possibly need or want is stocked. Had upstairs neighbors a few nights. They were quiet but you could hear them walking around. Next time we might stay on the top floor to avoid footsteps and walkers staring in our windows. Had a couple minor issues and the owner was very attentive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and cottage
Enjoyed our 3 nights in the Diamond Cottage. Owner was very responsive, unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great to walk to the downtown area of the island, with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Subdude but sublime Balboa...
Family stay between Christmas and New Years. Very quiet time on the Island, but still beautiful and serene. Well appointed cottage, and the only knock was trying to balance the 1 bath with Teenagers. But still fantastic, and kudos to Management Staff.

Balboa weekend getaway
We all loved staying in this beach cottage! Perfect location…so close to Bay Front Beach and the boardwalk. So many thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

The home was charming and comfortable and the location was great! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and just steps from the beach and walking path around the island. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property on Balboa Island
This property exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect- right in the middle of the island with a lovely front porch to watch the world go by- and it has everything you need for a fun Balboa vacation. So many thoughtful details and amenities- plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment (keurig, reg coffee maker, french press, blender, PLENTY of plates, serving dishes, bowls, glasses, placemats, the list goes on and on....truly this kitchen has everything you need for any meal!). The place is so organized and clean- everything is easy to find and very thoughtfully laid out. Luggage racks, trash cans, night stands, so many towels- its all so organized and thoughtfully put together. The beds are extremely comfortable. The garage is spacious and ready for your car and also has a great washer and dryer. The owner was extremely responsive and left us just the nicest welcome package. My entire family is calling this a 10/10. We can't wait to come back!

This Home was better than expected. Clean, incredibly well equipped, with everything You could ever need and lots of nice little perks… beautiful welcome package!! Front deck is perfect place to sit and relax. Manager very attentive and easy to work with!!! Would Love to return!!!

Perfect Balboa reprieve
This vacation stay was wonderful! The property was a perfect reprieve after a couple of long Disney days. The host was very quick to reply to any questions. The welcome basket was thoughtful and practical for our stay. Highly recommend this property. Only downside was not staying longer.

Everything you need already at your fingertips. Well appointed kitchen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great location literally, just steps from the walkway along the water. The main street of the island is walk able from the cottage for shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood. The owner Kimberly is easily accessible and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing stay! Every review that has been left previously is 100% accurate. This was my very first stay in a rental property so I was quite nervous about the whole process, but it was so seamless and hassle free that now I'm actually more nervous about staying anywhere else in the future! I can't imagine any other experience will live up to this one. Hope to visit again very soon!

Beautiful cottage steps from the water. It is a charming place with all the amenities you could need: a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, plates, glasses, 2 coffee makers, filters, sugar, spices, scissors, pans, serving ware, vases, everything! The bathroom also has anything you could need. Great communication with the owner regarding check in and out instructions. Will definitely be back!

Great beach cottage!
This place was amazing and they thought of everything from drawer organizers to little shampoos and conditioners! You could just show up with just your clothes and be good to go! We loved it and perfect for our family of 4. There is a rule of only 4 people allowed in the house at all times which we didn’t realize and we have family in Newport so that made it hard because no one could come inside to say hi but we made it work and met at the beach. The owner was so sweet and reminded us of the agreement which I thought only meant 4 people spending the night. I just wanted to point that out so other people make sure to read the fine print. It was wonderful though and great to be able to walk everywhere! Thank you and we will be back!

Relaxing and darling
This was the cutest little cottage! I would say cuter than the pictures but the pictures are pretty cute! We hated to leave loved to be on the island so quaint and quiet but a very short drive to anything. We loved the walkability to the shops and restaurants a quick walk to the little ferry to Newport. I really wish I was still there! Very clean and everything we needed was there, which I appreciated except for food which I appreciated too, because who wants someone’s leftover mustard etc thanks so much for the wonderful stay. Only problem was we didn’t receive the check in info and it took about a half hour to get in contact and get the information luckily it was a nice relaxing sit in the sun on a beautiful afternoon while waiting so just double check that before you get there!

A little slice of heaven
My husband and I stayed here with our daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Our granddaughter was a flower girl in a friends wedding over the weekend. My husband and I stayed for a week and found this beautiful cottage to have all that we needed. I wish that I could tell you of all the amenities and accommodations that are made for a traveler here. Just suffice it to say that the description is accurate and you will only need bring your clothes and maybe food! We will stay here again!

Very comfortable cottage
This cottage is really good! The amenities provided are top notch: thick fluffy towels, 8 sets. Hair dryer w diffuser, curling iron & flat iron provided. In the kitchen, the coffee machines are also high end. Starbucks coffee capsules provided. They have thoughtfully included some coffee-mate…no need to buy a bottle of milk. We are very comfortable here
