GUEST ACCESS:
Rental includes the entire upper two levels of the house, which sits above a MIL apartment (not included); Both have their own private entrances and living spaces. This main part of the house has a private deck, which overlooks the backyard and view of the Olympics and Green River Valley.

EV CHARGING:
We have a 220V, 50-amp outlet available for electric vehicle charging! Here's what you'll need to bring:
• Level 2 Charging Cable (J1772 connector) – You’ll need to bring your own charging cable to use the outlet. Most EVs are compatible with the J1772 connector, but please make sure to confirm with your vehicle.
• Tesla Drivers – If you’re driving a Tesla, please bring a J1772 to Tesla adapter (unless your vehicle is already equipped with one). This will allow you to charge via our outlet.

EV CHARGING RATE: With our 220V, 50-amp outlet, most electric vehicles will charge at a rate of around 25 to 30 miles of range per hour of charging, depending on the vehicle's battery size and the car's onboard charging capabilities.

EV CHARGE TIME ESTIMATES: For a full charge, it typically takes about 8 to 12 hours, but this can vary. For example:
• A Tesla Model 3 (standard range) might take about 6-8 hours for a full charge.
• A Chevy Bolt could take around 9-11 hours to charge fully.
