Located just off of the Spur Parkway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg within the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Less than 8 miles to the heart of both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Bears Bluff offers a quiet escape with all of the amenities of home while providing close access to all of the local attractions . Main level features an open floorplan living/dining/kitchen and master bedroom w/ king size bed and walk-in shower en-suite. Lower level features a family room with tv, games and a foosball table. 2nd bedroom w/ full-over-full size bunkbed and tub/shower en-suite. Full size washer & dryer on site. Outdoor decks (3) include new hot tub, outdoor dining, and outdoor furniture. Level paved on site parking.
