This home features soaring ceilings, luxurious marble tile, elegant stone countertops, recessed, lighting, a chefs kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and white shaker cabinets. Outside there is a beautifully landscaped yard with artificial turf, ambient outdoor lighting, and a newly installed pool with custom pavers, ideal for relaxation along with a tanning shelf with loungers and BBQ grill. Enjoy the beachside living with private access to Hillsboro Beach just 1/8 mile. The house is located on a quiet, lush street full of tropical foliage in proximity to waterfront restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.

Amenities
- Beach gear is provided (beach cart, 4 beach chairs, cooler)
- The start up kit includes some coffee pods, salt, pepper, a few trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

Our property is located in a high end, quiet, lush neighborhood. We expect guests to be respectful of the neighborhood, neighbors and property.

By making a reservation, you are confirming you have read, understood and accepted local rules, regulations and policies regarding the vacation rental.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The person making the reservation is required to be at least 25 years old.

NO PARTIES/ NO EVENTS
No parties, events, or gatherings.
No loud noises, be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm - 8am.

PETS
Approved pets are welcome. A nonrefundable $125 pet fee will apply.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after your pet and placing garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.
Pets are not allowed in bathtubs or pool.
Pet should not be left unattended unless in a crate or cage.
Guest agrees to pay for all additional pet related cleaning or damages in addition to the pet fee.

SECURITY
The property includes a camera at the front of the property for security purposes, and NoiseAware sound level monitoring system.

PARKING
Vehicles must be parked in the designated spots in the driveway.
NO on-street parking per the City, or in neighbors driveways, swells or on the lawn.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside. Smoking permitted outside only.

SWIMMING POOL
Guest voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss property, damage, or personal or emotional injury, including death, that may be sustained by them as a result of using the swimming pool. Please watch over your children at all times around the pool area.

AMENITIES

CANCELLATION: No refunds for no shows.
