Experience the charm of Woodinville Wine Country in this beautifully remodeled Rambler, located just above the heart of the Woodinville Tourist District, on a private acre with stunning Cascade views. The home features an open living area and a spacious island kitchen, perfect for gatherings. A separate DADU offers flexibility for guests or multigenerational living. With over 100 wineries nearby, including the renowned Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, and a backyard garden for fresh produce, this retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and nature.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an DADU with 1 bed and a sofa bed (no bathroom). Both spaces together can sleep up to 8 guests and are about 2400 sqft.
**Floor Plan**
• Main House: One level, living room, dining room, kitchen, Primary bedroom w/ queen bed & ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and another with full bed), family room w/ smart TV & -shaped sofa, 1 full hallway bathroom and a half bath. Heating & cooling.
• DADU: Spacious 1 single bed and a full-size sofa bed. Heat only.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
